Shipping Policy
At Iconary, we keep shipping simple and clear. Here’s exactly how it works when you order a tote bag from us.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) start processing the next business day.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
- When your order ships, we’ll send a separate email with tracking details.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment partner.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather-related delays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
- We can ship to residential and business addresses.
- PO Boxes may be accepted depending on the carrier.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If a package is delayed, marked delivered, or appears lost, contact us at contact@iconary.store and we’ll help you review the situation with the carrier.
- Iconary is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery not caused by Iconary, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
