Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Iconary. Our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid order number is required

Items not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products showing signs of use not related to a defect

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@iconary.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.

You will not be charged return shipping fees, and no restocking fees apply.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fee. In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges follow the same approval process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement.

After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return after delivery if eligible.
